Office Hours
We are available Monday-Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If we are very busy, you may get our voice mail. We return our calls promptly. If you reach us after hours, your call will be returned next business day. Emails are also a great way to reach us.

We Service the following areas: Verde Valley (Sedona, Cottonwood, VOC, Camp Verde, Clarkdale, Cornville).
Products
EverClean provides all products and equipment necessary to clean your home. Our products are non-toxic and completely safe for your surfaces and well being. If you would like us to use a product we do not carry, you are welcome to provide it (ensuring that it is non-toxic) and we would be happy to use it.
Booking for Standard Hourly Cleanings
We have a minimum booking of two hours. (Please note; this minimum booking may not accommodate a home that requires more time). Regular cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) may be set to a fixed rate once a routine is established.
Example bookings:
Quick Spruce-up; A ‘once-over’ general tidying of your home (not a standard cleaning). You are welcome to provide a list of priorities during scheduling.
Standard Cleaning; 3 hours, typical 1 Bedroom
Standard Cleaning; 4 hours, typical 2 Bedroom
Standard Cleaning; 6 hours, typical 3 Bedroom
Standard Cleaning; 8 hours, typical 3 Bedroom
Add-on; Additional services not included with a standard cleaning- cabinets, large appliances, exteriors, pantry organization, garage, interior windows, etc. Each add-on is a minimum of one additional hour. Some add ons will require additional time.
Standard House Cleanings (click to view full checklist)
Living Spaces: Dust objets and all accessible parts of furniture; cobwebs and window sills; dust moldings and baseboards as needed; dust light fixtures and fans (not to exceed 12ft in height); tidy the overall room appearance; vacuum floors and carpeting; mop hard surface flooring; empty trash bins and replace liners; clean mirrors; change bedding (if clean linens are provided); unload and fold clean laundry (we do not provide wash/dry service).
Kitchen: Clean exterior of large appliances; clean inside and outside of microwave; clean underneath and behind small appliances; clean counter tops, backsplash and cabinet faces; clean and polish sink area; sweep and mop flooring; load dishwasher/hand wash dishes; clean tables.
Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect all parts of toilets; clean sink, counter, cabinet face and mirror; scour shower and tub walls; dust fixtures and shelving: clean flooring; empty trash bins and replace liners; replace towels (if provided).
Extra hour/charge examples: organize closets and cabinets; pantry interior cleaning and organization; refrigerator/freezer interior; oven interior; garage cleaning and organizing; patio and deck cleaning.
Commercial Cleaning
Regular cleaning of your business space or office. Rates and services provided depend on the scope and frequency of your needs. A bid for regular service (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) will be provided following a general walk-through of the space. Typical service would include dusting fixtures and furniture; disinfecting surfaces and bathrooms; sweep and mop flooring; trash removal; clean interior and exterior of all accessible windows.
Move-In/Move-Out/Post Construction Cleanings
These are deep cleanings in a house or apartment where there is little or no furniture, or in a home that has had recent construction. These cleanings are charged hourly as a Standard Cleaning at a rate to be determined. Please contact us to discuss your property.
Policies
Cleaning Times: We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, though unforeseen events can affect our schedule. If we expect to be more than 15 minutes late, we will contact you. We appreciate your flexibility.
New Clients: Upon first booking, new customers are required to complete our short intake form. Name, contact info, address will be required as well as any notes for entry etc. This helps us stay organized and cuts down on errors.
Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of work for first-time clients. Payment is due within 24-hours of service for established clients. We accept; Cash and Business checks in person, as well as Credit/Debit cards (+3.5% fee). We can supply an invoice through Stripe Payments via email where payments can be made with Credit/Debit, or ACH securely online. We also accept Zelle transfers.
Late Cancellation/No Show Fees: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required.
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or if we are unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged.
On the rare occasion that we must cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the next cleaning will be provided at half price.
Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately remedied.
Quality Guarantee
EverClean strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.
If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge and additionally provide one half hour of cleaning services at no extra charge to compensate for your inconvenience.
If we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours of the cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the issue nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.
