Booking for Standard Hourly Cleanings:
We have a minimum booking of two hours. (Please note; this minimum booking may not accommodate a home that requires more time). Regular cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) may be set to a fixed rate once a routine is established.
Add-on; Additional services not included with a standard cleaning- cabinets, large appliances, exteriors, pantry organization, garage, interior windows, etc. Each add-on is a minimum of one additional hour. Some add ons will require additional time.
Rodents and pests: If rodent or pest damage is onsite, our rate will increase (TBD). We reserve the right to deny service if we feel the process will be unsafe for our staff. We are not equipped or qualified to diagnose or manage issues of this type.
Laundry: We only provide wash/dry service to vacation rental clients with onsite equipment. Please note, depending on the efficiency of your equipment, our time may increase to complete the cleaning.
Cleaning Times:
We do our best to be prompt and meet the cleaning time indicated, though unforeseen events can affect our schedule. If we expect to be more than 15 minutes late, we will contact you. We appreciate your flexibility.
New Clients:
Upon first booking, new customers are required to complete our short intake form. Name, contact info, address will be required as well as any notes for entry etc. This helps us stay organized and cuts down on errors.
Payment:
Full payment is due upon completion of work for first-time clients. Payment is due within 24-hours of service for established clients. We accept; Cash and Business checks in person, as well as Credit/Debit cards (+3.5% fee). We can supply an invoice through Stripe Payments via email where payments can be made with Credit/Debit, or ACH securely online. We also accept Zelle transfers.
Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately remedied.
Late Cancellation/No Show Fees:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 48 hours notice is required.
If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if we are unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged.
On the rare occasion that we must cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the next cleaning will be provided at half price.
Quality Guarantee:
EverClean strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.
If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge and additionally provide one half hour of cleaning services at no extra charge to compensate for your inconvenience.
If we do not receive notice of a problem within 24 hours of the cleaning, or if you decide to correct the problem yourself, we will not be able to correct the issue nor will you be compensated for your inconvenience.
